 VAN NUYS , CA – MSE, a USA based global leader in
the imaging supplies industry, has announced that
it completed the acquisition of Greenman Group.
Under the new owner-ship, MSE will strive to
provide the highest quality products, sales support,
and service to all existing customers in Europe. The
company will operate sales,
distribution, and
manufacturing facilities in
Europe in order to better
serve its customers.

Mr. Mark Dawson, who will
be heading the sales and
marketing in Europe.

Integration of the operations will take place in
2007, but customers will be benefiting from better
service, increased product availability, and robust
customer support programs in the near future.
